Frome Investments is a real estate development, and property management company that was started by Walter A. Frome, Jr. in the late 1960’s. We specialize in the acquisition and development of industrial business parks. We are a family owned business and are proudly based in Southern California.

As a real estate development company, Frome Investments has developed or acquired over 35 business parks throughout Southern California totaling over 2.5 million square feet.  Our business parks range from 20,000 square feet to over 250,000 square feet.  These properties cater to individual small businesses with unit sizes ranging from 1,000 square feet up to 9,000 square feet.
